Hey, I’m Chris — a software developer with a passion for building things from the ground up, whether it’s clean backend systems, side projects, or even a concrete slab in the backyard. I love diving into the “why” behind code, leveling up my skills through design patterns, and staying hands-on without relying too much on third-party libraries. Java and Python are my go-to tools, but I’m always exploring new tech—currently getting deeper into Spring Boot, AWS, and anything that helps me solve real-world problems more efficiently. Outside of coding, I’m into sports and exercising, ancient history, Magic: The Gathering (huge fan of the mill mechanic), and slowly prepping for fatherhood. I’m all about building a life with purpose, mastering my craft, and having fun along the way.
